Review
Boy, I felt like I was on the run and should be looking over my shoulder while listening to this soundtrack! It features lots of percussion with unsettling electronic strings and dark tones. Tracks like “Empty Account” have a desperate feel to them, giving the sense that the characters are running out of options. Full disclosure, I have not seen the show, just the trailers. Overall, this soundtrack barely let me relax. The track “Car Accident” features sad emotional piano, but we’re back to sinister themes with the start of the next track. These compositions made me feel on-edge, which is clearly the point, but I will not be revisiting this score anytime soon. Give it a listen if you’re writing a crime thriller or if you want to feel like you’re hiding secrets and have people after you!
