Electronic and dreamy in nature, this game soundtrack features enchanting notes and light melodies that made me want to get lost in a fantasy world! Its atmospheric sound has a calming effect that serves as a great stress-reliever (I think this would be amazing music for a writing playlist, too). Soft piano melodies accompany the electronic ambient music on tracks like “The Weight of Rain,” adding to the dreamlike aesthetic. “The Knight” is a bit of an action track, but still seems to maintain the easygoing tone of the previous tracks (even with ominous themes and some drums, the more intense tracks still feel dreamlike in nature). Some tracks are sprinkled with intriguing chimes and choir effects that are equally as mesmerizing as the underlying ambience. I have not played TUNIC, but the soundtrack alone makes me want to give it a try! Take a listen if you want to get lost in thought or need some dreamy background music.
