Review
This fantastically heartfelt soundtrack by experimental band Son Lux provides a fitting musical backdrop for a beautifully quirky film. It features an off-the-wall yet emotional mix of strings, choir, piano, percussion, and electronic compositions, with a chaotic order that mirrors the strange nature of the multiverse featured in the film. Debussy’s “Clair de Lune” plays a role throughout, with a few tracks containing hints of its melody. Overall, this soundtrack kept me on my toes with tense motifs, operatic pieces, chaotic strings, ominous themes, and emotional melodies. I think it’s a great fit for the film, but it’s not a soundtrack I would listen to while working.
