Review
This soundtrack starts out with the main theme “I Lift My Eyes” sung by Lebanese singer Abeer Nehme. According to composer Christopher Tin’s website, this song “is a setting of Psalm 121 in Arabic.” The soundtrack as a whole features elements of Arabic music, which were apparently written in collaboration with Arabic composers and instrumentalists. It has lots of pleasant melodies, strings, and wind instruments which all really set the tone for an ancient world. Overall, this is a nice listen, and sounds like it would be fitting for a game in the same vein as the Civilization series.
